Just before Spring sprung, we hosted Stephanie and Kyle’s vintage glam with a modern twist wedding at the Stan Mansion. Even though it was rainy and cold the day before, that Saturday felt like the first day of Spring. We like to think their love melted just a little bit of the frost.
Vintage glam with warm neutral tones were the bride’s inspiration for this soiree. And, the grand ballroom at the Mansion was the perfect setting with it’s historic feel and gold gilded crown molding.
The bride and the bridesmaids spent the night before and morning of getting ready in our bridal suite. "It was such a blast having all the girls in one spot and the space is beautiful!" one of the bridesmaids told us.
Stephanie and Kyle opted to have their first look and a few creative photos taken before the ceremony. The Stan Mansion lounge was the perfect location with the early afternoon sunlight.
Simple twinkle lights and gauze drapery made the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. With 11 bridesmaids and 10 groomsmen by their sides, the couple had a simple and sweet ceremony on the main stage officiated by their college Pastor.
Pink and purple uplighting added a bit of drama for the reception. Positioned to highlight the historic molding and contours of the walls, these colors played perfectly with the details of the walls and table decor.
Tables were adorned with handmade rose gold himmeli diamonds, spring florals and soft candlelight. We turned down the lights a bit and transformed the ballroom from a beautiful ceremony room to a romantic setting for dinner and dancing.
A stunning 16 foot dessert table, inspired by a Polish tradition to bring the bride and groom desserts on their wedding day, was the highlight of the reception with cakes, fruit, and other small desserts.
It was a beautiful and emotion filled night as the bride and groom celebrated life and love with 215 of their closest friends and family. We were so happy that Stephanie and Kyle chose our venue for their wedding and could not be happier for them to start their lives as husband and wife! Congratulations again dear Stephanie and Kyle, we wish you nothing but happiness for all your years!
